This Baking Bread Course was designed by Melissa Hayes, a Master's student at NJIT,  for PTC 606-852: Advanced Information Design.

This course is designed to teach novice bakers how to make artisan quality bread from the comforts of their home kitchens.

​

At the completion of this course participants will be able to identify the tools and core ingredients needed to make a loaf of artisan bread; describe the steps necessary to bake a loaf of artisan bread; be able to demonstrate proper kneading and bread shaping techniques; and create an edible loaf of bread.
